According to the official website of China Electric Power Construction, DG Hydropower Station in Tibet has successfully completed the crushed concrete test of the dam, which provides a reliable quality and technical guarantee for the construction of Tibet's largest hydropower station dam to become a "smart dam and standardized dam".

During the rolling test, the Tibet DG Construction Bureau of the Ninth Hydropower Bureau strictly implemented the specification requirements of the Outline of Rolled Concrete Test, and simulated the actual construction of the main project of the dam at a later stage, and provided a reliable quality and technical guarantee for the parameters of aggregate mixing, aggregate transportation, aggregate separation control measures, parameters of rolled concrete construction, technical measures for concrete material heat preservation and moisture preservation, technical measures for interlayer bonding and level treatment, seam formation process, perverted concrete construction, burial and installation of intelligent temperature control system, and the construction of the intelligent temperature control system. The project has carried out practical operation and application of intelligent temperature control system, and demonstrated the dam crushed concrete construction program.



In this rolling concrete test, a series of climatic parameters such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, solar radiation, evaporation, etc. were collected inside and outside the silo, which verified the grindability of the designed rolling concrete proportion in high altitude and high temperature seasons, and determined the key points and measures for quality control of rolling concrete. During the crushing test, systematic training and drills were conducted for the operators and managers of quality and process control in each link, which laid a solid foundation for the next official crushed concrete construction of DG Hydropower Dam in Tibet. 




Tibet DG hydropower station concrete production system designed and supplied by Hangzhou Jianghe Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd, the system is arranged at an altitude of 3,500 meters in the river valley, the operating environment is harsh, low temperature, thin air, dry atmosphere, solar radiation is unusually strong, the system is configured with three sets of HZ320-2S4500L (R) mixing plant and cooling and heating system to meet the peak strength of 16.0 million m3 of concrete per month.
