With over 60 years of strong technical reserves, strong research and innovation capabilities, our company has long been committed to the design, manufacturing and technical consulting of crane and conveying machinery, concrete machinery, mining machinery, construction machinery and environmental protection equipment in the fields of water conservancy, electricity, ports, shipbuilding, construction and transportation, the research and development of laser cladding coating technology and related technical services, as well as the inspection and testing of mechanical and electrical products, research and revision of relevant product standards and specifications, and training etc.

Technical Strength

Our company is a technology transfer platform for the Product Quality Standard Research & Design Institute under the Ministry of Water Resources (Hangzhou Machinery Design & Research Institute), closely focusing on water conservancy and hydropower construction. We have undertaken and completed many national key projects and major technical equipment research and development tasks, providing technical research and innovation services for large-scale water conservancy projects such as the Three Gorges, Gezhouba, Longtan, and Baihetan. We have developed multiple sets of domestic water conservancy technology equipment, and have won four national science and technology conference awards and more than 20 provincial and ministerial level science and technology awards. We have the "Zhejiang Engineering Laboratory for Remanufacturing Technology of Hydraulic Machinery" and the "Zhejiang Key Laboratory for Surface Engineering Technology Research of Water Resources and Hydropower Equipment", equipped with more than 200 sets of various scientific research instruments and equipment, and have 150 professional and technical personnel. We are a unit responsible for revising and formulating relevant industry standards. With the development of crane technology, traditional calculation methods can no longer meet the requirements of crane design. We use powerful CAE software such as Pro-E to analyze the strength, stiffness, stability, and interference of the designed products, solving the shortcomings of traditional methods such as long time and limited analysis areas in heavy machine design, and demonstrating the superiority of computer-aided design methods. At the same time, advanced design concepts combined with scientific calculation methods make our product structure more optimal, stress distribution more reasonable, stable in operation, and responsive. To further enhance market competitiveness and strengthen independent innovation capabilities, we have established a laboratory for network control and transmission electrical control of crane machinery, relying on the Hangzhou Machinery Design & Research Institute under the Ministry of Water Resources. The laboratory has developed a dual overhead crane MPI network communication system, a translational cable crane wireless communication system with a large tonnage and high-speed ratio (speed ratio up to 1:50) variable frequency speed regulation system, and dynamic simulation monitoring systems for cable cranes, gantry cranes, and large-span gantry cranes based on network control and wireless communication platforms. These technologies have been applied to various types of cranes, greatly improving the automation level of products.

The 4×4.5 self falling mixing tower independently developed by the Concrete Machinery Division of the company has supplied the main dam pouring of Baihetan Hydropower Station, the second largest hydropower station in China, and can achieve the largest 2×6 hydraulic type forced mixing tower in China. To adapt to the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of the concrete industry, we have independently developed a complete set of intelligent concrete production systems, including: intelligent control system, intelligent ash loading system, automatic aggregate loading system, sand moisture content detection system, temperature measurement system, vehicle recognition system, ERP system, video monitoring system, energy consumption monitoring and environmental monitoring, green intelligent sand and gravel processing system, electronic display board, etc. The intelligent concrete production system has been applied in multiple water conservancy projects and commercial concrete enterprise projects. By providing real-time data support, it greatly improves the work efficiency, saves manpower, and saves costs of the owner.
