Hangzhou Jianghe Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. provided 4 sets of HL400-4F5000L concrete mixing building for Baihetan Hydropower Station dam concrete production system, the dam concrete production system is divided into high line concrete system and low line concrete system, respectively, set up 2 sets of 4X5 mixing building, the high line concrete production system is laid out on the gently sloping ground of the left bank at the elevation of 834m at the shoulder of the dam, and the low line concrete production system utilizes the terrain formed by the excavation of the left bank inlet platform at the elevation of 738m to be laid out. system is arranged by utilizing the terrain formed by excavation of the left bank inlet platform at 738m elevation. The low-line system started to be installed in August 2016, completed installation and commissioning and trial production on March 15, 2017, and was dismantled in October 2020 after 1,286 days of stable operation; the high-line system started to be installed in October 2016, completed installation and commissioning and trial production on April 30, 2017. From the start of the first concrete production on April 12, 2017 to the completion of the last concrete pouring of the dam on May 31, 2021, which lasted nearly 50 months, the dam concrete production system produced a total of more than 8.1 million m3 of concrete, creating a world record of 273,000 cubic meters of monthly production and 2.7 million cubic meters of annual production of concrete for the same type of concrete production system.
