A few days ago, the provincial Economic and Information Technology Department issued the 2022 annual Zhejiang Province, the first (sets) equipment identified results of the publicity, our company manufactured "intelligent environmentally friendly special building materials complete sets of equipment" was identified as the 2022 annual Zhejiang Province,the first (sets) equipment.

Through special research on production process, structural arrangement, mixing host, dust removal system, pre-cooling system and control system, our company has developed the first HL400-4F5000L intelligent and environment-friendly special building materials complete set of equipment with large capacity in China, which has been successfully applied in the major domestic project of Baihetan Hydropower Station. This product belongs to the "energy efficient building materials equipment" in the "14th Five-Year Plan" of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Zhejiang Province.

The equipment adopts self-developed high pivot point pneumatic tilting self-falling concrete mixer with a discharge volume of 5m³, mixer rotary feeding device with dustproof and air-entraining function, retractable rotary sealing interface, self-supporting cold source ice storage equipment and intelligent production control system, which improves the level of production of special building materials and improves the level of production of intelligence, efficiency and quality. The related technology has been awarded 5 national invention patents, 8 utility model patents, 4 software copyrights and 2 national standards.

The equipment and software by the third-party testing, evaluation, the measured indicators are in line with the relevant standards, specifications, products used by users, the response is good, with obvious economic and social benefits.
