Recently, Hangzhou Jianghe Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. received a transaction notice from Sinohydro Corporation Engineering Bureau 5 Co., Ltd., and successfully won the bid for the procurement project of winch hoist and ancillary equipment for the Gribo Popoli hydropower station project. The equipment includes one set overflow dam one-way gantry crane, one set inlet two-way trash rake gantry crane and ancillary equipment, and three sets 2×1250kN tailwater fixed winch hoist and ancillary equipment.

The Gribo Popoli hydropower station is located on the Sassandra River in southwestern C ô te d'Ivoire, with the Soubre hydropower station upstream and the Boulaubre hydropower station downstream. The dam site of the power station is about 230km away from the political capital Yamoussoukro and about 360km away from the economic capital Abidjan. The Gribo Popoli hydropower station adopts a riverbed development method, with a normal water level of 106 meters, a storage capacity of 78 million cubic meters, and a total installed capacity of 112.89 MW. The hub buildings are mainly composed of water retaining structures, spillways, and riverbed style factory buildings. After completion, the project will make significant contributions to the power supply and industrial development of Cote d'Ivoire.

This project procurement adopts the form of open bidding. After obtaining project information, the company leadership attaches great importance to it and promptly organizes technical and business personnel to digest and absorb the bidding documents. They decided to submit our company as one of the bidding candidate manufacturers to the foreign owner, the Ministry of Mines, Petroleum and Energy of Cote d'Ivoire, and the supervision company hired by the foreign party for review and determination. After being selected as a candidate bidder, our company immediately organized business and technical personnel to prepare French technical materials. The foreign supervision company also highly recognized our company's technical strength and performance ability after review, and determined that our company would provide the mechanical and electrical equipment and services for this bidding.
