We are now facing the society to dispose of waste equipment and materials etc. by public bidding, and welcome interested units to actively participate in the process, the relevant matters are announced as follows:

    I. Disposal content

Tonglu branch machinery manufacturing equipment (rocker drills, welding machines, boring machines, air compressors, etc.) and waste materials (cables, steel, tooling, warehouse fittings, etc.), the detailed list can be obtained from the contact person.

    Second, the qualification requirements of the offerer

1, the offerer must have an independent legal personality of the waste recycling enterprises;

2、The offerer shall participate in the bidding voluntarily under the premise of responding to this bidding document.

    III. Requirements for information needed for bidding

1、Quotation letter (format see annex);

2、Bidder ID card or original authorization letter of legal representative and original ID card of authorized person;

3、Enterprise business license.

    IV. Time and arrangement

1. Announcement period: September 18, 2020 to September 25, 2020.

    Time and place of on-site unified embarkation: 9:00 am on September 22, 2019 at Hangzhou Jianghe Electromechanical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd Tonglu Branch (be sure to bring your original ID card and a copy).

2.Final Deadline for Bid Offer:

    Each bidder shall mail the paper version of the offer documents before bidding July 25, 2019 (postmark time), the mailing place of the paper offer documents is Room 609, No. 102 College Road, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The paper version of the bidding documents delivered late or not delivered to the designated place will not be accepted.

3. Bid opening time will be announced separately.

    V. Winning method and payment method

1. Winning method: The overall highest bidder for this disposal project shall be the winner.

2. Payment method: The successful bidder is required to pay the full amount to the Finance Department of our company within 3 working days after winning the bid.
