A few days ago, Baihetan Hydropower Station high-line mixing system officially began operation, marking the construction of the largest domestic concrete production system by the China Hydro Four Bureau officially put into operation.

The high and low line concrete production system of Baihetan Hydropower Station dam consists of the high line concrete production system with an elevation of 834 meters and the low line concrete production system with an elevation of 768 meters on the left bank, and is supported by the corresponding high and low line material supply platforms, which is the largest concrete production system in China at present.

The low-line concrete mixing system has been put into operation on March 15, 2017, and the high-line concrete production system, which was officially put into operation this time, is set up with two HL400-4F5000L mixing buildings; the system produces no less than 200,000 cubic meters of normal concrete per month at peak time, and no less than 166,000 cubic meters of temperature-controlled concrete per month.

The four sets of HL400-4F5000L mixing buildings for the high and low line concrete production system of Baihetan Hydropower Station are all designed and manufactured by our company, adopting the JF5000 high pivot tipping self-falling mixer with independent intellectual property rights. Since the beginning of May 2016, the company overcame a series of difficulties, such as heavy task, tight schedule, and difficult transportation of large parts, and took a series of optimization measures to provide the equipment on time and with good quality, and meanwhile sent out a strong technical service team, which provided a solid guarantee for the smooth commissioning of the system.
