We are now facing the society to dispose of waste equipment and materials etc. by public bidding, and welcome interested units to actively participate in the process, the relevant matters are announced as follows:

I. Disposal content

2 sets of HL360-4F4500L concrete mixing building, the equipment is located in Baihetan Hydropower Station, Ningnan County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province, left bank elevation 768 meters inlet platform.

Second, the qualification requirements of the offerer

1, the offerer must have independent legal personality of the waste recycling enterprise;

2、The offeror shall participate in the bidding voluntarily under the premise of responding to this bidding document;

3, agree to the requirements of the offeror for on-site dismantling of some important equipment.

III. Requirements of information needed for bidding

1、Quotation letter (format see annex);

2、Bidder ID card or original authorization letter of legal representative and original ID card of authorized person;

3、Enterprise business license.

IV. Time and arrangement

1. Announcement period: October 25, 2020 to October 28, 2020.

Time and place of on-site unified embarkation: 9:00 am on September 27, 2019 at the water inlet platform of Baihetan Hydropower Station, Left Bank Elevation 768 meters, Ningnan County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province (make sure to bring the original and photocopy of your ID card).

2.Final deadline for bidding offer:

Each bidder must submit the bidding documents (PDF format and stamped) to 发送至jhgsdq@126.com邮箱 before 17:30 on October 28, 2019, and mail the paper offer documents to Room 609, No. 102 College Road, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Quotation mail received after the deadline is invalid.

3. Bid opening time will be announced.

V. Winning method and payment method

1. Winning method: The overall highest bidder of this disposal project shall be the winner.

2. Payment method: The successful bidder shall pay the full amount to the finance office of our company within 3 working days after winning the bid.

VII. The dismantling and loading of waste equipment will be the responsibility of the bidding party, and all the costs incurred in dismantling and leaving the place after the dismantling of waste equipment will be borne by the winning bidder.
