On May 19, 2020 Hubei Water Conservancy Association together with Mianpanshan Construction Management Bureau and local safety supervision and other departments of the MQ600B and the first MQ900B cylinder overhead construction gantry cranes (hereinafter referred to as gantry cranes) produced by our company carried out on-site testing and equipment acceptance.

Mianpanshan Hydropower Hub Project is located in Zhongxiang City, Hubei Province, is one of the 172 national water conservation and water supply major water conservancy projects, an important part of the Hanjiang River terraced development, the project to power generation, shipping is the main focus, taking into account the irrigation, water supply and other functions. After the completion of the project, it can effectively develop the Han River Basin hydro energy resources, improve the navigation standard of the Han River golden waterway, improve the water supply of towns in Zhongxiang City and irrigation water conditions of farmland around the reservoir area, and promote the benign operation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Center Phase I Diversion of the Han River Project, with a total investment of 6.636 billion yuan.

The concrete mixing plant and three gantry machines (one MQ600B and two MQ900B) provided by our company are the core equipment for concrete production and construction pouring in this project. Hubei as the most seriously affected by the new crown epidemic provinces, the project schedule lag is more serious, in order to ensure that the gantry machine as soon as possible to put into use, in the first time the epidemic was effectively controlled, lifting and transporting machinery division of Huang Fuqian and Hu Shengfang two technicians on March 16th retrograde into the field, to help the owner to do a good job of the installation of all the preparatory work before the installation and the site of the technical guidance; in order to overcome the problems of the installation team experience and lack of manpower, the company again dispatched on May 3, the company sent the installation team to the site, to help the owners to do a good job. In order to overcome the problem of lack of experience and manpower of the installation team, on May 3, the company again sent Sui Yisong, Guo Biao, Zhao Shibing and Liu Changliang composed of a four-member technical team, to strengthen the on-site connection and debugging and organization of the coordination work, through the joint efforts of the field service personnel, MQ600B and the first MQ900B gantry completed the on-site load test and testing on May 19, and put into operation smoothly, laying a solid foundation for the orderly progress of the project.
