Our company's "environmentally friendly multi-functional concrete mixing building (station) key technology" was included in the "2018 Water Conservancy Advanced and Practical Technology Key Promotion Guidance Catalogue" organized and evaluated by the Science and Technology Promotion Center of the Ministry of Water Resources. This technology reduces the unit energy consumption of concrete production by analyzing the energy consumption characteristics of the system, optimizing the production process and adjusting the layout of equipment; adopting combined high-efficiency dust removal method, turning "blocking" into "dredging" to reduce dust emission; adopting sand and gravel separator and slurry water recycling system to completely recycle wastewater, which makes the concrete mixing building (station) more environmentally friendly. Adopting sand and gravel separator and slurry water recycling system, the wastewater is completely recycled, realizing zero discharge; real-time monitoring of concrete mixing quality through the video system in the mixer; reducing the secondary pollution by washing the concrete vehicles through the automatic spraying device; realizing the green, environmental and multi-functionality of the concrete mixing plant through the comprehensive energy-saving and environmental protection measures and the new production process equipment to achieve the requirements of sustainable development, and the results of the technology have been used in a number of water conservancy and hydropower projects as well as commercial concrete plants both at home and abroad. The technical achievements have been applied in many water conservancy and hydropower projects and commercial concrete mixing buildings (stations) at home and abroad.
