According to the official website of China Electric Power Construction, a few days ago, the concrete production volume of the high and low line concrete production system of Baihetan Hydropower Station, which is the largest in China, installed, operated and managed by the Four Bureau of Hydropower, exceeded 190,000 cubic meters in April, and the cumulative production volume reached 197,819.5 cubic meters, which is a new record of single-month production in 2018. It achieved the record of daily production of 3766.5 cubic meters, shift production of 2470.5 cubic meters, and monthly production of 85,019.5 cubic meters from a single mixing building, which provided a solid guarantee for the high-quality and high-efficiency production of dam concrete.

Since the first warehouse opened on April 12, 2017, through continuous summary and improvement, Baihetan Power Station dam preparation and pouring "one-stop" efficiency is constantly improving, quality and safety under control. At present, the dam concrete construction mainly adopts measures such as multi-compartment pouring and seamless transfer, and has reached the level of 200,000 cubic meters and 40 compartments in a single month, with an average rise of one layer in 10 days, realizing the rise of "whole, even and continuous", and laying a solid foundation to ensure that the first batch of units on July 1, 2021 will be able to generate electricity.
