The Isimba Hydropower Station project is located on the White Nile River in Uganda, 120 kilometers northeast of the capital city of Kampala. The total installed capacity of the hydropower station is 183 megawatts, and it is a low head riverbed power station. The Isimba Hydro Power Station in Uganda is one of the important hydro power stations planned and developed by the Ugandan government on the White Nile River. It is another important achievement in the economic and trade cooperation between China and Uganda, and will play a positive role in alleviating the power shortage in Uganda, meeting the growing energy needs of the Uganda economy and people's lives. The HL160-3F2000L concrete mixing plant, 2×1600KN two-way gantry crane, and 2×630KN one-way gantry crane of Uganda's Isimba Hydropower Station were designed, manufactured, installed, guided, and debugged by Hangzhou Jianghe Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd.
